ByStackd is a web design and development service operated by a sole proprietor based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. We build websites for local small businesses in the Chicagoland area and beyond.

The services and pricing described on this Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Viewing this Site does not constitute a binding agreement for services. A separate written contract is required before any work begins.

All purchases made through this Site are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service available at stripe.com/legal.

Access to the Client Portal is provided via Stripe’s secure billing portal. Portal access is limited to verified customers with an active or past subscription. ByStackd is not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe’s portal service.

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ByStackd does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any information on this Site is complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByStackd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to ByStackd in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this Site shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Illinois.
